Geoff Coffey - Non-Executive Chairman: Geoff is a leader in corporate Australia and is currently a Director in Pacific Hydro Ltd, Utilities of Australia Pty Ltd, Newood Holdings Pty Ltd, State Government Business Enterprise and has previously held Board positions at Australian Council for Infrastructure Development Ltd, Azon Ltd, John Holland Pty Ltd and Asia Pacific Transport Pty Ltd.
Hugh Gurner - Non-Executive Director: Hugh has extensive experience in financial markets as a highly rated equities analyst, securities dealer and corporate analyst/underwriter. He previously worked at ANZ Securities Ltd and has been a Director of numerous technology organisations and was a founding Director of Citadel Pooled Development Limited, a venture and development capital company listed on the ASX.
Terry Polkinghorn - Non-Executive Director: Terry is Executive Director of REDcentre and has provided strategic growth advice to more than 100 ICT SME's for over 20 years. Terry has an extensive background in the management of innovation and the successful commercialization of high tech products including manufacture and international distribution. Terry is a Director of several SME's and technology clusters and is respected by Government as an industry leader.
Dr Jonathan Spring - Managing Director: Jonathan has a bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Electrical Engineering in photonic packet switching. Jonathan has worked as the Managing Director of CEOS since its inception with debt free organic growth since 1996. He has established numerous international strategic partnerships together with close working relationships with State and Federal Government Departments. Jonathan is responsible for the financial and commercial management of CEOS together with strategic marketing.
Dr Casper Murtonen - Technical Director: Casper has a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering in opto-electronic CAD software. Casper has extensive experience in the development of ITS products, communications hardware, opto-electronics products and software controlled systems. Casper is responsible for the management of innovation at CEOS.
